Living room with open kitchen area 

The living room is equipped with all the modalities in order to spend a nice moment. A Smart TV, bluetooth speaker and pellet heating stove will create a warm welcome.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine with integrated dryer, fridge, induction heating and a modern oven.

​

For the breakfast, a coffee machine or expresso Dulco Gusto are at your disposal. The bakery store and a small shop (Vival) are at a 5 min (250m) walk from the house.

2 air-conditioned rooms 

The room with the integrated bathroom gives you a nice view on the garden. The boxspring bed (180 x 200) will welcome you to experience a confortable night. 

 

The second room has an integrated shower room and toilettes in an industrial style and is equipped with a 160 x 200 boxspring bed. 

All the bedside lamp have integrated USB ports and a 2 way air-conditioning is present in both rooms.

Bath towels are furnished for your stay. 

 

Terrasse

The terrasse, orientated fully south, will give you the possibility to take advantage of the sun all day long with a view on the pool.

A large terrasse table with a sun umbrella and barbecue are present.

 

The attending garden dispose an additional chill out area under to old fruit trees, giving you the possibility to read a book or have a nap under a natural umbrella in the summer.

The private garden of 45 sqm will welcome you in the colors of the seasons.

Pool 

The pool is 8x4, heated and secured by a immersed shutter. The pool is shared with the owners and the access hours are in mutual agreement. When the weather allows swimming, the pool will be accessible between 10 am and 6 pm.
